Drone protection for security companies and close protection

Drone detection as a security service in Hungary: wearable detectors, portable and fixed sensors, response procedures and training for security companies and close protection teams.

Request a consultation

Fences and CCTV protect against intrusion on the ground. A drone arrives from the third dimension: it flies over the fence, looks through windows, maps patrol routes. Drone detection is now a natural extension of a security service.

Where the demand is

  • Residences and private estates – protecting the client's privacy
  • VIP programmes and close protection – routes, venues, accommodation
  • Guarded industrial and logistics sites – surveillance, mapping of security measures
  • Event security – temporary, high-density sites

What a security company is allowed to do

In Hungary the powers of security guards are defined by law, and they do not include jamming, downing or taking control of a drone. What a security company can do – lawfully and well – is detect, identify, locate the pilot where the system allows, document and alert the police.

Equipment that fits the service

  • Wearable detectors for close protection teams – vibration or sound alerts when a drone's radio signal is detected nearby.
  • Portable RF detectors for temporary sites, programmes and vehicles.
  • Fixed detection at permanent sites, integrated with the existing control room and CCTV.

Built as a service

Detection is only worth something with a procedure and trained people behind it. We help with:

  • designing the service package and client communication,
  • vendor-neutral equipment selection,
  • response procedures, alert chain and cooperation with the police,
  • staff training and regular exercises,
  • periodic client reports (detections, incidents).
