2. Nature of the website

dronvedelem.hu is an information and advisory site. It does not sell licensed equipment, and no products can be purchased through the website.

The content is general, vendor-neutral information on counter-drone technologies and regulation. It is not legal advice and does not replace professional or legal advice on a specific situation.

3. Quote requests and services

Submitting the contact form does not create a contract or any obligation for either party. We do not publish a fixed price list: we provide an individual quote based on your enquiry.

Our services – risk assessment, concept, procurement support, integration, training and on-site operation at events – are provided only under a separate written agreement. No contract can be concluded electronically through the website.

Active mitigation of drones – jamming, taking over control or bringing them down – is not part of our services; in Hungary it is reserved for state bodies authorised by law.

The texts, graphics and design elements of the website are protected by Hungarian Act LXXVI of 1999 on Copyright. Content may be quoted to the extent justified by the purpose, with attribution to dronvedelem.hu and, where possible, a link to the specific page. Any other reproduction, distribution or adaptation requires our prior written permission.

5. Liability

We take care to keep information accurate and up to date, but law and technology change quickly. To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for decisions made on the basis of the website or for damage arising from any inaccuracy in its content.

The website may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content.

6. Data protection

The handling of personal data is described in our privacy policy.

7. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Hungarian law, in particular Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code. The parties will first try to settle disputes amicably; failing that, the competent Hungarian court has jurisdiction.

8. Changes

We may amend these terms at any time. The current version is always available on this page.
